In 2018, the Financial Conduct Authority surveyed the extent of financial advice in the UK and found that nine out of ten UK adults had not had regulated advice in the preceding 12 months*. We know that work and family commitments can make it hard to find time to organise your affairs. Some people find the prospect of asking for advice intimidating or embarrassing. Others simply don’t realise the implications of doing nothing.

That’s why financial education is really important to us at Ginkgo Financial. Our free educational events provide a friendly, welcoming environment where members of the local community can find out more about key topics, ask questions and meet our advisers in an informal setting.
